The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is the admissions authority for all the schools in the Trust. This means that it is the Governing Body that sets and applies the admissions policy for every school.
All policy decisions regarding the admission of children into the School are made by the Board of Trustees.
The application process for admissions into Reception is coordinated by Peterborough City Council (Local Authority), which acts on behalf of the governing body to offer places at the School. Parents should apply online at www.peterborough.gov.uk/starting-school-in-reception.
Offer letters will be issued by the LA on the National Offer Date.
Late applications (those submitted after the national closing date) will be handled by the Admissions Team.
The published admission number (PAN) for the reception year intake will be 30.

The Diamond Learning Partnership Trust is consulting on its determined arrangements for its Cambridgeshire and Peterborough schools for 2027-2028.
The School Admission Code 2014 (SAC) states that schools must fully consult with all interested parties when there are changes in their admission arrangements. We are therefore carrying out this consultation process for our draft 2027-2028 Admissions Policy, a copy of which is attached to this email and can also be found on our Trusts website https://diamondlearningtrust.com/consultation-on-diamond-learning-partnership-trust-admission-arrangements-for-september-2027/
The consultation will take place between Friday 19th December 2025 and will run for six weeks, ending at noon on Friday 30th January 2026.
