Our REACH Values

At Braybrook Primary Academy, our school community is guided by a shared set of values that form the foundation of everything we do. Our REACH Values — Respectful & Responsible, Everybody Matters, Aspire & Achieve, Confident Individuals, and Happy & Healthy — define the attitudes, behaviours, and principles that help every child reach their full potential.

These values are at the heart of our curriculum, our relationships, and our approach to learning. They help our pupils grow not only as learners but as kind, capable, and compassionate members of society.

R – Respectful & Responsible

At Braybrook, we believe that respect and responsibility go hand in hand. We teach our pupils to show respect for themselves, others, their community, and the environment. This means listening carefully, using kind words, and celebrating differences.
Being responsible means making thoughtful choices, taking care of our belongings, and understanding the impact of our actions. We encourage our pupils to take ownership of their learning and behaviour, helping them to become trustworthy, dependable individuals.

E – Everybody Matters

We are a community where every individual is valued and included. At Braybrook, everybody matters — no one is left behind. We celebrate diversity and promote equality, ensuring that all children feel safe, supported, and heard.
